ABOUT US
Sicily By Fratello is a second offering to the beautiful city of Gold Coast by the local favourite, Fratello Italian. We are a casual dining establishment with the emphasis on modern Italian cuisine. Our menu has been created based on the appreciation shown towards Italian cuisine with a slight alteration of ingredients to fit our customers’ taste buds. The adjustments made to the items are a result of years of experience and dedication from the chefs that have served the cuisine.
OUR COMMITMENT
At Sicily By Fratello, we are well known for our beautifully crafted dishes. We prepare our pastas in-house, fresh and hand-made, on a regular basis which is savoured by all of our patrons.
Our pizza dough is homemade and left to ferment for 48 hours before being used by our talented chefs to create a light and crispy base that will definitely leave you craving for more.
We also have a fully functioning bar that prepares vibrant Italian cocktails and offers a great selection of wines to compliment the exquisite cuisine being served.

At Sicily By Fratello, we welcome large groups that want to enjoy our scrumptious dishes. We have reserved Set Menus that are designed specifically to cater for large groups. We encourage our patrons to make group bookings in advance so that they do not miss out on our delightful offerings.
